BD LSR II

About the LSR II

The LSR II is a three-laser, 12-channel cell analyzer. Please see Peter Schow to schedule assisted analysis or for training.

Samples may be run in individual tubes or 96-well plates. Tubes must be Falcon polystyrene round-bottom 12x75mm test tubes. You can buy these without caps (#2052), with snap caps (#2054), or with cell strainer caps (#2235). The plate reader uses Falcon 96-well U-bottom plates (#3910).

Please check your samples for aggregates and filter before running samples — if you can see any floating particles, they will clog the machine.
