Independent analysis

Our iMac G5 has FlowJo 6 software. It is freely available for use during facility hours.

Our three Mac G4 computers (attached to the FACScans) have FlowJo 4, Modfit LT, and CellQuest. If you wish to use these computers to analyze data you have previously collected, stop by during facility hours and ask to be logged on. Please check the online scheduler to see if there is an open machine. People using the FACScans will have priority.

Analysis Software

FlowJo (Tree Star, Inc.)

Summit (Dako)
Our MoFlos use Summit to acquire data.

FACSDiva (Becton Dickinson)
The LSR II uses Diva to acquire data.

CellQuest (Becton Dickinson)
We use CellQuest 3.0 software to acquire and analyze FACScan data.

ModFit (Verity Software House)
We use the ModFit software to analyze cell cycle data.
